The Guardians’ HQ is located in a former Army staff building on the grounds of the former Fort Benjamin Harrison on the west side of Indianapolis. Quarters and offices are located in the building itself, while the main HQ (training areas, meeting area, monitor room) occupy several levels below ground.

The HQ is maintained by Guardians, Inc. under the auspices of team benefactor Arthur Donaldson.
